1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract (made online) without providing any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, please send a withdrawal notice to [email protected]. After confirmation from our support team, you will receive detailed return instructions.

2. Return and Refund Conditions

• The product must be new, unused, complete, and — if possible — in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be provided.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method (including Upay or cash on delivery) within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item or proof of shipment — whichever occurs first.
• We may withhold the refund until the product is physically received.
• If delivery costs were paid at purchase, only the cost of the standard (cheapest available) shipping option will be refunded. Extra services (express, premium, etc.) are non-refundable.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us.

3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Products)

According to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to order or clearly personalized (e.g. car mats cut for a specific car model, custom colors, or edging).
• Products showing signs of use, dirt, or damage that make them unsuitable for resale.

4. Return Procedure

• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Return”, including your order number, full name, and optionally a reason for return.
• Wait for confirmation and shipping address. Include a return form or a note with your order details inside the parcel.
• Ship the product in secure packaging and keep your postal receipt or tracking number.
• After inspection, we will process an exchange or refund according to Section 2.

5. Damage During Transport

• Upon receiving your package from DPD Polska sp. z o.o., please check the condition of the packaging.
• In case of visible damage, complete a damage report with the courier and immediately contact us at [email protected] with attached photos or video.
