Warranty obligations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the warranty obligations of the manufacturer of the goods.

All products in the online store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms. The terms and duration of the manufacturer's warranty for the product serve as the basis for warranty service for the product.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our online store. When contacting us, you must have a warranty card.

All relations between the store and the buyer are regulated by the laws of Ukraine.

The warranty for all kits in our online store is 12 months.

The warranty is valid from the date of sale.

Warranty obligations for full or partial exchange of a set of mats apply in cases where:

• There is mechanical damage to the mats.
• The edging, Velcro, or other fasteners are damaged.
• The standard fasteners are in inappropriate places.
• The received set of mats is different from the one ordered, for example, the color of the mat or edging is different.

Warranty obligations may be terminated unilaterally in cases where:

• If the mats were in use.
• Existing or hidden damage to rugs that occurred due to violation of storage or operation rules: puncture with a sharp object, in particular shoes and heels.
• The standard fasteners are in inappropriate places.
• Operation of mats at a temperature of +/-50 °C.
